Five Keys facilitates college access to our students who are incarcerated in the SF County Jails. Students earn credits toward their associates degree and are provided support with a college navigator upon release from jail to stay connected with post-secondary education.

Home Free is a transitional housing program in the San Francisco Bay Area that helps criminalized domestic violence survivors and other women who’ve experienced trauma reenter communities and thrive. Five Keys provides housing, case management, life skills training, professional development, and more to ensure the women are successful.

Individual reentry case management and workshops that address life skills and violence prevention for young adults incarcerated in the SF County Jails.

SF Reentry Job Center provides career navigation services to clients who are incarcerated in SF Jails or those who are residents of San Francisco and are formerly incarcerated. Services include job readiness workshops and support with job search and placement upon release.

Facilitators provide a 12 week evidence-based cognitive behavioral intervention workshop to clients referred by probation officers. Clients receive weekly stipends and cash incentive for completion of the program, in addition to supportive case management services. Cohorts take place through Alameda County, including in Oakland and Hayward. A new Keys to Change program is being launched in Stockton.

Five Keys is contracted by the Alameda County Probation Department to provide career counseling, employment readiness workshops, and job placement support to clients who are referred by the probation department. Keys to Work also provides employers with wage subsidies to incentive hiring individuals who are on probation.

Five Keys facilitates a variety of evidence-based self-help groups for clients who are referred by the Los Angeles Probation Department.

Insight Prison Project offers unique and effective programs for thousands of men, women, and youth at 7 California state prisons and one juvenile institution. Our core program is the 18-month long Victim / Offender Education Group (VOEG), which includes a curriculum that was designed by licensed mental health therapists in collaboration with survivors of violent crimes and people incarcerated for previously violent behavior.
